Update from the Circus/Las Vegas...
1. My arms are so exhausted and sore that it was tiring to hold my arms up on the steering wheel while driving “home” tonight.
2. I have never used my car horn more in my life than I have in the 9 days I’ve been here.
3. 100% of those times have been to honk at pedestrians that stand in the middle of the road when I’m trying to turn out of the Bellagio.

One of my new favorite things
is during the opening act in “O”, when all of us swimmers roll out onto the deck and look like weird fish aliens crouched on the ground. Why? Because sometimes the audience members in the first row, about 3 feet away from us, freak out and scream! It’s fantastic.

My big Cirque du Soleil debut! WOOOOOO!
So technically I made my big debut in last night's...
I watched the show swimming underwater with scuba. Everything made a lot more sense. There is a LOT more going on underwater than one would think! During one of the numbers, the lifts rise as the swimmers walk off the stage. The scuba divers come up laying on the lifts and flop their fins like dead fish. I got to lay on the rising floor and come up like a dead fish in my scuba gear. MY BIG...
So far, the strip and I do not get along...
after a long day at the theatre yesterday, it was finally time to hop in a cab and go get some sleep. After working my way through all the crowds in the casino, I get outside only to find a giant designated line of people waiting for cabs. I decide there’s no way I’m waiting in that huge line for a cab so I start walking towards the street. The first way I go, there is NO getting...
I had amazing seats to watch O last night...
they were $175 seats… exactly center, about 10 rows up. The show was fantastic! It was hard to fully enjoy the show though because I was paying attention to which girl was “me”… watching where she was going, making sure I knew the counts correctly, etc.
Hopefully my costume will arrive from Montreal soon. The sooner it gets here, the sooner I can be in the show!
